Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.50 to $ 17.50 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
- 1st shift Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, $20.00 per hour
- 2nd shift Monday through Friday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, $20.50 per hour
- 3rd shift Sunday - Thursday 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, $21.00 per hour
- Set up, adjust, and monitor automated machinery to keep production running efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and quickly resolve equipment issues to avoid downtime on the production line.
- Record machine adjustments, production issues, and performance details accurately.
- Assist with preventative maintenance and recommend repairs to improve equipment performance.
- Support daily operations and special projects while maintaining safe, consistent production output.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Ability to perform heavy, repetitive physical labor, including lifting 50–75 lbs and standing for full shifts.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience operating, adjusting, or troubleshooting production machinery preferred.
- Must be able to work in high-heat, humid conditions and follow strict food safety dress code/PPE requirements.
- Reliable transportation required (no public transit access) and dependable attendance is essential.
- Must communicate effectively in English, accept 7.5-hour shifts (37.5 hours/week), and complete resume/application and client interview process.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
