Warehouse Manager Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $85,000.00 /annually
• First Shift (Monday through Friday)

• Seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse, distribution, and logistics operations.

• This role is responsible for overseeing receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, transportation coordination, and warehouse staff while ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction.

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.

• Lead and supervise warehouse personnel, ensuring productivity and compliance with company procedures.

• Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes.

• Develop and implement warehouse processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and cost control.

• Monitor warehouse KPIs, including order accuracy, productivity, inventory accuracy, and on-time shipments.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation activities.

• Manage relationships with carriers, freight companies, and third-party logistics providers. • Schedule deliveries and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain and distribution network.

• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop warehouse personnel.

• Establish employee schedules and allocate labor resources efficiently.

• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory and order processing.

• Generate and analyze operational reports using Microsoft Excel.

• Track labor costs, productivity metrics, inventory trends, and shipping performance.

• Prepare management reports and recommendations for process improvements.

• Ensure accurate data entry and system integrity across warehouse operations.
