Order Picker Details:
Temporary position- $
16.50 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
- This role is crucial for our order fulfillment process, requiring accurate and safe operations in a fast-paced environment.
- 1st Shift Monday – Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm, $16.50/hr
- 3rd Shift Sunday - Thursday 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM, $18.00/hr
- Mandatory overtime may be required
Order Picker Qualifications:
- wearing headset voice command to accurately pick orders throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to consistently lift up to 20-30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable with prolonged standing, walking, and stepping while picking orders.
Disqualify If:
- Unable to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written, for safety reasons.
- Unable to work in high-heat conditions exceeding 100 degrees during summer months
- candidate must have reliable transportation and can travel to Mt. Zion, KY.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
