Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
- Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse associates, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure productivity targets and operational goals are consistently achieved.
- Uphold and enforce all safety policies and procedures, ensuring a secure working environment for all staff.
- Drive efficiency and process improvements in key warehouse functions, including replenishment and non-driver operations.
Lead Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to effectively guide and motivate a team.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience as a Team Lead or in a similar supervisory/management role within a warehouse or logistics setting (preferred)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
