CFD - Grounds Cleaning Crew
CFD - Cheyenne Frontier Days July 17 to July 26, 2026 - We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our Grounds Cleaning Crew. This short-term position is vital for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of our event grounds. Successful candidates will be responsible for comprehensive trash removal, debris cleanup, and general ground maintenance before, during, and after events.

CFD - Grounds Cleaning Crew Details:
Temporary position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time and Part Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday throughSaturday )
- three distinct shifts:
- Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 10:00
- Day Shift: 11:00 AM – 5:00
- Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Perform efficient and thorough trash removal, emptying receptacles, and managing waste disposal
- Execute debris cleanup, including litter, spilled items, and general refuse across all designated areas
- Conduct general grounds maintenance tasks to ensure the site remains tidy and presentable
- Work collaboratively and diligently to support a clean and welcoming environment for all events
- Candidates must be comfortable and prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or sun
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions necessary for cleaning tasks
CFD - Grounds Cleaning Crew Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Previous experience in janitorial services, housekeeping, or grounds maintenance is a plus
- Casual attire with closed-toe shoes is mandatory for safety and comfort
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
