Property Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing work orders and performing general maintenance and repairs across apartment homes and shared community areas. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner
- Perform general repairs and maintenance in apartment units and common areas
- Work with a variety of systems and equipment, including: HVAC system,s Irrigation systems, Plumbing, Appliance repair, Apartment turnovers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively
Property Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade certification preferred
- 1–3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment or residential communities
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair appliances and building systems
- Experience with apartment turnovers is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Pay based on experience
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
