Description
Machine Operator
We are seeking detail-oriented CNC Machine Operators to join our aerospace manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor advanced CNC machinery and precision inspection equipment to produce critical aerospace components, including landing gear and braking systems.

Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.10 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift ( Sunday throughThursday from 10:00pm to06:30am )
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to engineering specifications and production requirements.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Utilize precision inspection equipment to verify product dimensions and conformance to specifications.
- Produce aerospace components with extremely tight tolerances and high-quality standards.
- Follow established manufacturing processes, work instructions, and quality procedures.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude and an interest in working with advanced manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to use or learn precision measuring and inspection tools.
