Diesel and Trailer Tech
We are seeking a well-rounded Technician to support both diesel truck service and trailer repair operations in a busy, team-oriented shop. This position offers a strong mix of mechanical work and light fabrication, providing consistent variety and steady workload. Optional overtime is available on Saturdays.

Diesel and Trailer Tech Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 40.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:00pm )
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on diesel trucks
- Replace major components, including full engine swaps
- Complete trailer repairs, including brakes, tires, and suspension work
- Perform light welding and structural repairs
- Repair and replace sheet metal on box trucks
- Assist with basic bus and fleet equipment repairs
- Maintain a clean and safe work area while meeting productivity goals
Diesel and Trailer Tech Qualifications:
- Prior experience with diesel trucks, trailers, or both
- Basic mechanical knowledge (PMs, brakes, tires, repairs)
- Ability to perform or learn light welding and fabrication
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
