Maintenance Tech Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to06:00pm )
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mill equipment, machinery, and production systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records
- Replace or repair defective components to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Follow all safety procedures and support continuous improvement of equipment performance and reliability
Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing, mill, industrial, or production environment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs independently
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying industrial conditions
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and attendance with the ability to work as part of a team
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
