Operator 2 Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
- 1st Shift is 5:30AM to 4:00PM Monday to Thursday with OT on Friday as needed.
- 3rd shift is 7PM to 5:30AM Sunday to Wednesday with OT on Thursday as needed.
- Set up, load, and operate foam processing and die-cutting equipment
- Inspect in-process and finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance
- Accurately complete production documentation and records
- Follow clean room procedures and maintain required environmental standards
- Perform basic measurements and verify product specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Adhere to all safety and quality policies
Operator 2 Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic math, measurement, and matching skills required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience (preferred)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
