3rd Shift - Maintenance Technician Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $35.00 to $41.00 /hour
• Third Shift

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, gearboxes, presses, and automated systems
• Perform welding, fabrication, and basic machining as needed
• Inspect equipment and ensure compliance with safety and OSHA standards
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS or maintenance logs
• Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and process improvements
• Support production teams during breakdowns and changeovers
