We're seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Manager to oversee mobile home renovation and construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong project management, budgeting, and construction experience.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
38.46 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage construction projects from planning through completion
? Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews
? Monitor budgets, schedules, and project timelines
? Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
? Conduct quality control inspections
? Coordinate permits, inspections, and project documentation
? Lead project meetings and communicate with stakeholders
? Manage project closeouts, warranties, and final inspections
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Qualifications:
? Construction management experience required
? Strong knowledge of residential construction and renovation
? Experience managing budgets and project schedules
? Excellent leadership and communication skills
? Understanding of OSHA standards and safety compliance
? Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
