Loan Service Specialist Details:
Temporary position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Reaching out to customers who are past due on their cart loans and attempting to collect their debts.
- Handling customer escalations if they arise.
- Ability to learn programs and navigate computer in a fast manner.
Loan Service Specialist Qualifications:
- Previous experience with customer handling is a must.
- Previous call center experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to pick up on computer basic programs needed for role.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
