Sewing Machine Operator
Seeking a reliable and detail?oriented Sewing Machine Operator to join our production team. This position focuses on operating a sit?down industrial sewing machine to manufacture burlap bags, coverings, and related products. You’ll work with heavy?duty materials, follow production specifications, and help maintain consistent quality across all finished goods.

Sewing Machine Operator Details:
Temporary position- $
12.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Operate Industrial Sewing Machines — Stitch burlap bags, coverings, and specialty items according to production requirements.
- Material Handling — Measure, align, and prepare burlap and other heavy fabrics for sewing.
- Quality Inspection — Check seams, stitching, and product dimensions to ensure accuracy and durability.
- Machine Maintenance — Perform routine cleaning, threading, and minor adjustments to keep equipment running smoothly.
- Production Efficiency — Meet daily output goals while maintaining high craftsmanship standards.
Sewing Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating industrial or heavy?duty sewing machines (preferred).
- Ability to work with thick materials such as burlap, canvas, or similar textiles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow patterns or measurements.
- Comfortable working in a production environment with repetitive tasks.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and lift materials up to 40 lbs.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
