Hotel HVAC Technician
Elwood Is looking for HVAN Technicians or Apprentices who would like to work for a hotel in Downtown El Paso. Position will be temporary for 3 months which will then convert to Permanent. We need reliable workers with HVAC, Maintenance experience.

Hotel HVAC Technician Details:
Temporary position- $
15.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:00pm to11:00pm )
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and equipment. - Perform preventive maintenance on heating and cooling units. - Diagnose issues with thermostats, motors, electrical components, filters, and related equipment. - Complete basic plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs as needed. - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guest rooms and hotel departments. - Replace filters, belts, components, and other HVAC parts. - Maintain accurate maintenance records and report major equipment concerns. - Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas. - Provide professional and courteous service when working in guest areas. - Assist with other hotel maintenance duties as assigned. Preferred: Previous HVAC/building maintenance experience and knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Hotel HVAC Technician Qualifications:
1-2 years in Building maintenance , ability to pass background, provide references.
