Apartment Maintenance Technician Details:
Temporary position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
JOB DUTIES:Complete all necessary repairs, painting, cleaning, and maintenance tasks to ensure apartments are move-in ready for new residents.Clean and prepare vacant units for new occupants, including ensuring appliances are in working order, walls are painted, and floors are spotless.Inspect apartments for damage and address any maintenance issues before move-ins.Replace or repair any damaged fixtures, fittings, or furniture in the unit.DRESS CODE: Jeans (no holes), Steel toe shoes, and a work appropriate shirt.WORK ENVIRONMENT:Inside/OutsidePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Standing, walking, lifting, climbing, reaching, squatting
Apartment Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
Ability to pass background check, 1-2 years experience in paint, maintenance, Groundskeeping and Drywall
