Industrial Maintenance Technician Details:

  • Direct Hire position
  • $90,189.00 /annually
  • Various shifts available (Sunday through Sunday from 05:45pm to 06:15am)
  • Ensures food products meet all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while following and improving GMP standards.
  • Promotes a strong safety culture by following policies, identifying risks, and suggesting improvements.
  • Operates, maintains, cleans, and troubleshoots production equipment, including mechanical and pneumatic systems.
  • Trains and coaches team members while supporting qualification programs and maintaining skill standards.
  • Drives continuous improvement and leads projects; maintains accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and production data.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associates, technical degree or training is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of mechanical or maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret documents such as safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices, and general instructions.
  • Ability to perform critical thinking skills to problem solve and resolve conflicts.
  • Required to walk, stand, and climb steps
  • The employee must be able to work 12-hour night shifts (5:45pm-6:15am)
  • Must be able to squat or kneel and to bend on a frequent basis.
  • Able to tolerate exposure to flour and yeast, oils, and peanut butter.
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds on an occasional basis.
  • The applicant must pass an occupational physical test.
  • Minimum of 20/40 vision in each eye with or without corrective lenses.
  • Pass a standard eye exam.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
