Press Brake Operator - 1st shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 27.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:00am to03:00pm )
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal parts to required specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Select proper tooling, dies, and machine settings for each job
- Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, gauges, and other precision tools
- Adjust machine settings to maintain accuracy and meet tolerance requirements
- Perform first-piece and in-process quality checks
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts safely
- Maintain production schedules and meet daily output goals
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report mechanical issues
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Press Brake Operator - 1st shift Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3+ years of press brake or metal fabrication experience preferred
- Experience working with CNC-controlled press brake machinery is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Strong math skills and understanding of measurements and tolerances
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
