Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 21.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 06:00am to03:30pm )
- Weld and fabricate storage tanks, pressure vessels, and other industrial equipment according to blueprints and specifications.
- Perform MIG/flux-core welding, cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembly of heavy-gauge steel components.
- Measure, align, and fit materials to ensure proper dimensions, weld quality, and structural integrity.
- Inspect completed welds and fabricated components for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
- Safely operate welding machines, torches, grinders, plasma cutters, and other fabrication tools.
Welder Qualifications:
- 2+ years of welding/fabrication experience, preferably with tanks, vessels, pressure vessels, or heavy industrial fabrication.
- Proficiency with MIG welding, flux-core, and/or other welding processes, with the ability to produce clean, structurally sound welds.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, measurements, and fabrication drawings.
- Must be comfortable working with heavy steel, power tools, and fabrication equipment while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
- High school diploma/GED preferred; relevant welding certifications or technical training are a plus.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
