Warehouse Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:30am to05:00pm )
- Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and productivity
- Sustain a high level of physical activity throughout 11-hour shifts
- Walk 25,000+ steps per day at a steady, fast pace
- Remain on feet for extended periods while continuously moving throughout the shift
- Maintain focus, efficiency, and consistent performance in a warm warehouse setting
- Meet productivity goals and contribute to overall team success
Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
- Physically fit with strong stamina and endurance for long shifts
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution center, or similar environment preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly focused, self-motivated, and able to stay on task with limited distractions
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining a steady work rhythm
- Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting performance expectations
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, physically demanding environment
