Hand Assembly Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Assemble small wire harnesses and cable components
- Perform light hand assembly in a seated work environment
- Use hand tools such as cutters and pliers
- Read blueprints, work instructions, and rulers for accurate assembly
- Complete some soldering tasks
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment
Hand Assembly Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with very small parts
- Good attendance and dependable work history
- Comfortable reading blueprints and measurements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
