General Labor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughFriday from 11:00pm to07:00am )
- During peak season, the schedule will change to a 12-hour 2-2-2 rotating shift
- Perform general labor tasks to support daily production and operational needs
- Load, unload, move, and handle materials throughout the facility safely and efficiently
- Operate basic tools and assist with production tasks as directed by supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment at all times
- Follow all company safety policies while working in a fast-paced industrial setting
General Labor Qualifications:
- Must be able to work in extreme hot conditions
- Previous general labor or construction experience
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and squatting for full shifts
- Must provide and wear steel-toe boots and follow the required dress code standards
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow safety procedures and directions
- Basic math skills required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
