Press Brake Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines to bend and form metal components to specification
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate production
- Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot minor machine or production issues and make necessary corrections
- Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety protocols
Press Brake Operator Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating and programming CNC press brake machines preferred
- Amada press brake experience strongly preferred for higher-level candidates
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of metal fabrication processes
- Experience with measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, gauges) to ensure precision
- Ability to perform machine setup, tooling changes, and adjustments
- Basic troubleshooting skills for machine and production issues
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
