We are seeking a reliable and motivated Staffing Support Associate to assist with daily operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring adequate staffing coverage across shifts and supporting recruiting efforts to meet production demands.

Warehouse Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:30am to03:00pm )
- Assist with daily associate check-in for day and swing shifts.
- Monitor attendance and ensure proper staffing levels are met
- Support recruiting efforts, including sourcing and onboarding candidates
- Help ensure the client has enough associates to meet production and project goal.
Warehouse Qualifications:
- Strong communications and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Must have reliable transportation
- Bilingual preferred
