Saw Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
This full-time role involves operating various saws and processing machinery in a dynamic warehouse environment, contributing to efficient material flow and inventory accuracy.**Responsibilities:*** Operate and maintain various saws and sanders to cut and process materials according to specifications.* Safely operate a sit-down forklift for material handling, loading, unloading, and staging of products.* Read and interpret measuring tapes precisely to ensure material specifications are met.Disqualify If:• No previous experience operating saw equipment or processing machinery.• No sit-down forklift experience.• Unable to accurately read a measuring tape.• Unable to perform cycle counting or inventory-related tasks.• Unable to communicate effectively in English for safety reasons.*Unable to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.*Must Have / Qualifications:• Previous saw operation experience required.• Previous sit-down forklift experience required.• Ability to accurately read and use tape measurements.• Must communicate effectively in English.*Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
Saw Operator Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating saw equipment in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Ability to read measuring tools, follow work instructions, and interpret basic blueprints
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Steel toe boots required and commitment to following all safety procedures
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening background check and drug test
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
