Warehouse Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.00 to $ 28.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, staging, packing, and loading.
- Manage inventory accuracy using WMS, FIFO practices, cycle counts, and material tracking.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, carrier schedules, and documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Lead warehouse associates through training, safety practices, productivity goals, and performance support.
- Improve warehouse efficiency through layout optimization, process improvements, and effective material flow.
Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications:
- 3+ years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
- Proven experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, freight coordination, and inventory control processes.
- Experience leading teams, training employees, and promoting safe, efficient warehouse practices.
