Spinner Operator - Nights Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 to $23.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 06:30pm to 06:30am)

• 2nd Shift 6:30p-6:30a
• 4/2 schedule 
• Operate spinner machines and support spinning process lines
• Change and maintain spinner tooling as required
• Complete Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts for production monitoring
• Use and interpret control gauges for inspection and quality checks
• Identify defects such as folded necks in cylinders and scrap non-conforming parts
• Operate material handling equipment including overhead hoists and cranes, Industrial lift trucks (hard surface and rough terrain)
• Read and interpret production drawings, work instructions, and quality standards
• Measure and establish dimensions for raw materials and in-process parts
• Cut raw materials and in-process parts using powered equipment
• Set up and operate 400-ton horizontal press, re-spin heating ovens, bottom presses, various spinning units (including training support)
• Perform finishing tasks such as de-burring, polishing, and trimming
• Assist with equipment setup and production line support
• Complete written production and quality reports
• Other duties as assigned
