Press Punch/Press Brake Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Set up and operate press brake and/or punch press machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, gauges, and other tools Adjust machine settings (pressure, speed, tooling) to meet specifications
- Load and position materials onto machines
- Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and accuracy
- Perform basic maintenance and report equipment issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
Press Punch/Press Brake Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience operating press brake, punch press, or similar machinery
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements)
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
