**Key Responsibilities:*** Operate and monitor advanced printing presses, including German and Japanese models, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to production schedules.* Perform regular preventative and corrective maintenance on press machinery, including timely roller changes and necessary adjustments.* Lead and collaborate with a second team member, overseeing the press crew to achieve production goals and maintain a high-quality output.* Manage material requisition, ensuring all necessary supplies are available and meet proper specifications.* Conduct thorough quality checks, including regular scans and visual inspections, to guarantee superior print quality and color accuracy.* Maintain precise control over ink and color mixtures to ensure consistency across all print jobs.* Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any press-related issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.* Assist in the training and development of new or less experienced team members, promoting best practices in operation, safety, and quality.* Actively promote and demonstrate principles of safety, quality, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction in all daily activities.
