Bilingual Line Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.95 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:30am to04:00pm )
- Lead, guide, and monitor the progress of products being inspected on the assigned line.
- Ensure all products strictly adhere to established quality standards and specifications.
- Identify, document, and address any quality discrepancies or production issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding line performance, challenges, and necessary adjustments.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workflow on the inspection line.
- Assist in the basic training and guidance of new team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Perform minor troubleshooting of equipment or process issues as they arise, escalating complex problems to appropriate personnel.
Bilingual Line Lead Qualifications:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8-10 hours) throughout the shift.
- Lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.
- Proven experience in a production, manufacturing, or quality inspection setting.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills (English & Spanish), with the ability to effectively guide others.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a small team or group of individuals.
