Industrial Embroidery Operator
Elwood Staffing is seeking an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to join a local production team.

Industrial Embroidery Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Operate and maintain embroidery machines, threads, and related materials
- Monitor production to ensure consistent quality control
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly
- Perform regular cleaning, maintenance, and care of embroidery equipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals
- Package finished embroidered products according to company standards
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Assist with inventory management as needed
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge
Industrial Embroidery Operator Qualifications:
- Prior embroidery machine operation experience required
- Ability to follow complex instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High-energy, dependable, and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
