Welder/Fabricator 1st Shift Details:
Direct Hire position- $
23.69 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:00am to05:00pm )
- Weld and fabricate metal and rubber components according to blueprints and job specifications.
- Operate welding, fabrication, and laser equipment safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
- Cut, shape, assemble, and inspect materials to ensure proper fit and high?quality finished products.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance, report defects or malfunctions, and keep the work area clean and safe.
Welder/Fabricator 1st Shift Qualifications:
- Proven experience with welding, fabrication, or laser?equipment operation, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders accurately.
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a fast?paced team environment.
- Must have personal steel?toe boots and be able to meet physical demands such as lifting 25–50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Background check and drug screen required; no formal education requirements listed.
