This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a production team. In this hands-on position, you’ll remove various cores from metal castings using a variety of tools and equipment, helping ensure each part meets quality standards.

De-Core Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.45 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Sunday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Remove sand cores using pneumatic tools, hammers, or vibratory equipment.
- Inspect castings for remaining sand, defects, or damage.
- Safely handle hot, heavy, or irregularly shaped parts.
- Follow work instructions and quality standards.
- Maintain steady production flow and meet output goals
De-Core Operator Qualifications:
- Must be able to work in a hit environment.
- Manufacturing or foundry experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in a production environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow detailed work instructions.
- Ability to safely use basic hand tools and equipment (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and lift 50+ lbs regularly.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team setting
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
