Packer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Inspect finished castings to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Organize products for efficient packing and shipment.
- Package castings securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Follow customer and company packaging specifications.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all shipments.
- Meet productivity and performance expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Support overall quality and safety standards within a foundry setting
Packer Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (often 350+ lbs).
- Comfortable working around metal parts and machinery and work in a hot environment.
- Able to stand, walk, and move for long periods.
- Basic attention to detail for quality and accuracy.
- Follow safety rules and wear required protective gear.
- Team player with a good work ethic
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
