1st Mill Supervisor
We are seeking a 1st Shift Mill Supervisor to oversee daily machining operations and lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently met. UP TO $35/HOUR.

1st Mill Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
35.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:30pm )
- Supervise and support mill department employees on 1st shift
- Oversee CNC machining operations including set-ups and troubleshooting
- Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and efficiency goals are met
- Provide hands-on support with machining processes when needed
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment
1st Mill Supervisor Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of machining experience
- Strong CNC set-up experience required
- CAD/CAM knowledge preferred
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
