Production Mixer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 19.20 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( 07:30am to08:00pm )
- Read and interpret batch sheets, formulas, and production schedules
- Accurately weigh, measure, and stage raw materials
- Operate mixing equipment, scales, and related production machinery
- Ensure all ingredients are added in the correct sequence and quantities
- Monitor mixing times, temperatures, and consistency per specifications
- Complete required documentation and maintain production records
- Perform quality checks and report discrepancies immediately
- Assist with material handling, including lifting and transporting ingredients
Production Mixer Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing, food production, or batching experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions
- Basic math skills (weights, measurements, conversions)
- Stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
