Machine Operator Details:

• Temporary position
• $17.50 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• Operate inserting equipment and ensure high-quality, accurate production output
• Load machines with required materials (mailers, pamphlets, advertisements, carriers, etc.)
• Prep, stage, and assist with machine setup and job changeovers Monitor equipment for errors, stoppages, and quality issues; make basic corrections as needed
• Perform routine quality checks and ensure all finished work meets standards Read and follow daily/weekly production schedules to meet deadlines
• Record production data such as quality checks, downtime, scrap, and issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following OSHA and company safety standards Work collaboratively as part of a production team and support cross-training in other areas when needed Identify and report defective materials or equipment issues to supervisors Clear machines at the end of runs and prepare for the next job assignment Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
