Construction Operator 1 Seminole, Tx Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
Operate construction equipment and assist with underground utility and pipeline work in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Responsibilities include trenching, material handling, supporting crew operations, and ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently. Must be comfortable performing physically demanding work while following strict safety procedures and working as part of a team.
- MUST live within 20 miles of the Seminole or Brownfield areas!
Construction Operator 1 Seminole, Tx Qualifications:
- Entry-level position; construction or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical tasks
- Valid driver’s license required; clean driving record preferred
- Ability to follow safety procedures and pass required screenings (background/drug test)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
