Retail Warehouse Associate
Elwood Staffing is hiring for a customer service representative for a local woodworking shop in Fort Collins.

Retail Warehouse Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 to $ 19.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday )
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email while helping customers with their orders
- Assist with pulling material to fulfill orders properly; check loads to ensure correct product and quantities
- Load and unload lumber and sheet goods by hand or with assistance
- Rough cut-to-length material with a power miter saw or cut plywood panels with a panel saw for customers
- Face and flat-stack materials to maintain clean and usable stock
- Organize and restock materials using carts and pallet jacks
- Wrap orders and place them in customer vehicles or prepare for delivery
- Assist on deliveries as needed
- Maintain clean indoor and outdoor warehouse spaces, removing trash and debris
- Begin training on operating forklifts and warehouse safety standards
- Perform seasonal duties such as snow shoveling, applying ice melt, etc
Retail Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills, in person & over the phone
- Previous experience operating a forklift is a plus
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a plus
- Previous experience with woodworking is a plus
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
