Assembler/Packager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:30am to03:00pm )
- Perform accurate kitting of materials and components according to work orders and specifications.
- Assemble products or sub-assemblies using hand tools and light machinery as required.
- Conduct quality inspections on components and finished products to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Package products carefully, ensuring proper labeling, protective measures, and readiness for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines and operational procedures.
Assembler/Packager Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools including micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
- CNC background preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions effectively.
- Basic mathematical aptitude for counting, measuring, and inventory verification.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for assembly and packaging tasks.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
