Retail Sales/Design Consultant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 08:30am to05:30pm )
- Act as a positive, team-oriented sales professional within our showroom
- Engage with customers to drive retail, new construction, residential, and/or commercial sales
- Provide expert design consultation, assisting customers in selecting the best products to meet their specific needs and situations
- Maintain an aesthetically pleasing and organized showroom through effective merchandising
- Process sales orders accurately, including data entry tasks
- Contribute to a high-energy, collaborative team atmosphere.
Retail Sales/Design Consultant Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably inside sales or retail
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data entry
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays and mandatory overtime as needed
- Strong attendance record and dedication to work performance are essential
- Frequent standing, bending, and lifting throughout the workday
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs and up to 50 lbs.
