Inside Sales Representative – Fastener Industry Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
- Assist customers with product selection, quotes, pricing, and order placement
- Use extensive fastener knowledge to recommend the correct products for customer needs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone, email, and in-person communication
- Process orders accurately and follow through on delivery timelines
- Identify sales opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date on inventory, product lines, and industry trends
Inside Sales Representative – Fastener Industry Qualifications:
- Extensive experience and knowledge of fasteners is REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of bolts, nuts, screws, washers, anchors, and related hardware
- Previous inside sales, counter sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable with sales conversations, upselling, and relationship building
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Computer proficiency and experience with order entry systems preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
