This entry-level role is crucial for providing exceptional service to our valued Credit Union members across various technical channels, including phone, text, chat, and drive-thru. The successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of Credit Union products, services, and procedures, utilizing this knowledge to educate and advocate effectively for our members.

Member Service Specialist-Contact Center Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.25 to $ 19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 08:00am to05:30pm )
- Hours may include Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
- Deliver outstanding, member-centric service through phone, text, chat, and drive-thru interactions
- Master Credit Union products, services, and operational procedures
- Gain insight into competitor offerings to better inform and guide members
- Accurately assist members with inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all communications.
Member Service Specialist-Contact Center Qualifications:
- High school education
- Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in a call center, banking, or financial institution setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and active listening)
- Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously
- Must be bondable and meet acceptable credit history standards
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
