Sheet Metal Helper Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Assist with cutting, grinding, and preparing sheet metal materials
- Support welders and fabricators with setup and material handling
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Load/unload materials and maintain workflow
- Keep work area clean and organized
Sheet Metal Helper Qualifications:
- Experience in construction, fabrication, or mechanical work preferred
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and working in a shop environment
- Basic math skills and ability to read measurements
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
