Automotive Assembler Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.14 to $ 18.14 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
Schedule:
A Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
B Shift: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Overtime may be required
Working Days: Rotating schedule, which may include any day from Sunday through Saturday.
Flexibility to work various days each week is required. Overtime may be required.
- Perform assembly of various automotive components, including dashboards, center consoles, and door panels.
- Follow detailed work instructions or diagrams to ensure accurate and high-quality assembly.
- Inspect parts and assembled products for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in accordance with company policies.
- Actively participate in a rotating shift model.
- Maintain a standing position for the entire duration of the shift, performing repetitive tasks.
Automotive Assembler Qualifications:
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production roles.
- Familiarity with an automotive production or factory environment.
- Experience in a warehouse, general labor, or similar industrial
- Ability to stand for extended periods, typically 10-12 hours per shif
- Proficiency in the English language (reading, writing, and speaking) for understanding instructions and communicating effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to follow complex instructions and adapt to changing production needs.
- Reliable attendance and a strong, consistent work ethic.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
