1st Shift Swiss Lathe Set Up

If you know Swiss machines, can hold tight tolerances, and take pride in precision work — this is the opportunity you’ve been looking for. Up to $35/hour.

1st Shift Swiss Lathe Set Up Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 35.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Full machine set-ups on CNC Swiss lathes
- Tool changes, offsets, and adjustments
- Read blueprints and inspect precision parts
- Perform quality checks and first article inspections
- Troubleshoot machining issues
- Work on orthopedic/medical components requiring tight tolerances
1st Shift Swiss Lathe Set Up Qualifications:
- 3+ years recent Swiss lathe set-up experience
- Medical or orthopedic machining experience preferred
- Strong blueprint reading & measuring skills
- Detail-oriented and quality-driven
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
