Stratosphere is seeking a meticulous & reliable individual for a Temporary Quality Sort position. This role is essential in maintaining our high-quality product standards by diligently inspecting and sorting materials according to established criteria. As a Quality Sort Specialist, you will play a critical part in our manufacturing process, directly contributing to product excellence and customer satisfaction.

Quality Sort Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
- Perform thorough visual inspections of parts & materials to identify defects, imperfections, & non-conformances based on defined quality standards & specifications.
- Accurately sort & segregate conforming items from rejected or questionable materials.
- Follow detailed work instructions, quality checklists, & standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Document inspection results & maintain accurate records as required by quality protocols.
- Communicate identified quality issues or discrepancies promptly to supervisors & relevant team members.
- Maintain a clean, safe, & organized workstation in compliance with company policies.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines & manufacturing best practices.
Quality Sort Specialist Qualifications:
- Ability to read, write, & communicate effectively in English.
- Exceptional attention to detail & strong visual acuity to identify subtle defects.
- Reliable, punctual, & possess a strong work ethic.
- Previous Quality inspection experience
- Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour shift.
- Capable of repeatedly lifting & moving materials weighing up to 35 pounds
- Reliable transportation & ability to travel to different work sites if needed
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
