Warehouse Production Associate Qualifications:

• Perform meticulous quality inspections on products directly from the production line
• Identify and efficiently remove defective products to maintain high quality standards
• Provide general warehouse support, including tasks such as sweeping, constructing pallets, and other essential general labor duties as needed
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
• Newer warehouse that can be influenced by outside weather conditions. We recommend layering clothing to ensure personal comfort throughout your shift
• Ability to stand continuously for a 10-hour shift
• Frequent bending and engaging in repetitive work
• Ability to occasionally and repetitively lifting up to 50 lbs
• Prior experience in a general labor or warehouse environment is required
• A strong preference for candidates with previous experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar quality control role
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced production setting
• Consistent attendance and strong work performance are paramount for success and transition to a permanent role
• Casual attire with closed-toe shoes is required for safety and comfort
