Assembly Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Receive, unpack, and prepare FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) panels and components for assembly.
- Use hand and power tools to build high-quality finished products.
- Stage materials and organize parts for efficient production.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines.
- Work as part of a team to deliver products on time.
Assembly Technician Qualifications:
- Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to read sales orders and identify parts accurately
- Dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the shift
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Work in varying temperatures within a manufacturing environment
- Comfortable working in fast-paced production settings.
- Previous experience operating flatbed gooseneck trailers preferred is a plus.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
