Fabricator/Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 27.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal components with a strong focus on custom fabrication
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to ensure accurate builds
- Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal parts to meet specifications and tolerances
- Inspect finished welds and fabricated parts to ensure quality and structural integrity
- Operate fabrication equipment such as grinders, saws, and cutting tools safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow
Fabricator/Welder Qualifications:
- Proven experience with MIG and TIG welding, preferably in a fabrication environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Experience using fabrication tools and shop equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a team setting
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
